Every document a family uploads to XIVO is treated with the same sanctity as a confession. It is among the most private information a human being can share. XIVO understands that. XIVO protects that.
The core promise
Your documents never travel with your name.
When a case is sent to a XIVO empanelled doctor for review, all personal identifiers are removed before the doctor sees anything. The patient's real name is replaced with a system-generated alias. Hospital, city, address — all replaced or masked. The doctor reviews a clinically complete but personally anonymous case.
The doctor sees the medical picture. They never see the person.

Anonymised doctor review
Before any doctor sees your case, your name is replaced with XIVO-2026-NNNNN. Hospital, city, family details, financial information — all stripped. The reviewing doctor never knows whose file they read.
Bank-grade encryption
All uploaded documents are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and transmitted using TLS 1.3 — the same standard used by international banks. Stored on Indian servers (AWS Mumbai region). Fully compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
Your data belongs to you
Download all your records at any time. Delete any document, patient, or your entire account at any time. On deletion: permanent and irreversible purge within 72 hours. A confirmation is sent to your registered email. XIVO retains nothing.
Never sold. Ever.
XIVO does not sell, share, license, or trade any patient data to any third party — pharma, insurance, advertisers, anyone — under any circumstances. The only optional exception is fully de-identified research, opt-in, never pre-selected.
You control every share
Sharing a PPP with a specialist is your choice and only your choice. Every share creates a secure, expirable link that you can revoke at any time. Family co-viewers you add can be removed instantly.
Audit trail on every access
Every access to your data — by you, by family co-viewers, by the reviewing doctor, by anyone — is logged. You can see who looked at what, and when. Always.
